i was rejected a student visa by the british embassy on september 2008, so i decided to file an appeal on 10th october 2008. Now As i can not wait for the decision of the appeal tribunal , because i strongly wish to resume for january 2009 session in UK, So therefore, Can i reapply or i will have to withdrawl my appeal first?
