What Happened To Sega

Hello gamers,i have been thinking for a long time and i want the house to please join me in this,please can someone please tell me what happened to "sega",after their sega dreamcast and also i heard about a new gaming company called "phantom"!Does anyone know bout them and what happened to them,in one of their interview they were like"our next generation console will make xbox look like a toy".Lol!Please anyone with nice ideas?

sega was the main thing back in the day. well, you can google them and know whats up.

I didn't know Sony was turned down first by Sega and then by Nintendo, before they produced the Playstation!
