It's because it's in the office. If it was in a more conducive environment for such acts, then God wouldn't mind  Wink Grin Grin Grin

Well what is your definition of healthy? Becoming the topic of discussion at lunchtime? quitting your job when the whole thing gets messy? Is that your definition of healthy. Anyways you guys can try it out. In most offices including where I work HR policy says its not allowed mainly for supervisory reasons

Offie romance? Personally I don't see anything wrong with that. Romance is romance. whether in the office or out of office. The issue is doing the right thing and not the environment.

You can still loose your job is you are heart broken in a relationship outside the office. Is not only office romance that will make you loose your job.

Atittude is everything. It is your atittude in the relationship that will decide where it is heading to. Why the relationship in the first instance. If it due to lust, then as usual it will crash one day. And if you are having a relationship with your boss or a married man or woman. Can you call that office romance? It is not, because it is not leading you any where.

I guess if it's for a fling; then it's safer, neater, easier to do so with persons outside your office.

Let us JUST try & develop & keep COMRADESHIP in the work-place. It's healthier, sweeter and less-dangerous.
Saves u lots of gory scenes, dodging, transfers, etc;

Well, ?

Well, we tend to forget that whatsoever that have advantages must have disadvantages. Even when a relationship is contracted outside of the office it can still suck if it is destined to and basically I as one will not like to go out with any one working in the same company with me talkless in the same office. But what I believe is that what will be will always be. If you have a relationship in the office and if it will be good it will be good and if it is outside and it will be bad it will still be bad so those who want to experience it in any way should go ahead and do so even if you get hurt it is still an experience and will go down your History lane.
