Setting Up A .net Training Course In Imo State
« on: August 09, 2006, 01:25 PM »

I’ll like to setup a .NET training school in the East (Imo-State/Owerri), the problem is that I am not sure of the demand for this kind of skill in Nigeria right now. The course will be purely practical based. What I’ll like to know is
•   Market Size/Affordability – can people really afford it?
•   Is there other companies running .NET Courses (with web presence)
•   How much the charge?
•   Whether the demand is there?
I will be charging N21, 000 per month and the course will last for 2 months

What do you guys think?
Any suggestion or criticism will be accepted

Hey it sounds like a good idea.  But what exactly do you intend to teach?  ASP.NET?  Server side scripting with C#?  Stand alone applications with VB.NET?  Some specifics might help.  Good luck tho.

I am thinking of Teaching ASP.NET with C# Web Form only as everything is now running on the web
