Na waho! Glo suprised me this morning. I went to Glo customer care centre and i decided to share the experience with you guys. I went there to activate my glo gprs though, i've activated it once about 3 to 4 years ago, i was using Sagem my400x then, and when i started using s60 phone it seemed not connecting again; phone changing factor i guessed. So, on gettin there, a lady, big shape for that matter; attended to me. She said before she can activate the GPRS for me, that i would have to buy a #500 recharge card from their office. I tried to persuade her but she insisted. It pained me to the marrow because i don't have up to that amount of money. She said whenever i get the money then i should come back. Now, why do we have to buy the recharge card from them? And Why is it compulsory when we are going to pay for the GPRS service? I hate them!

@tunnex.don't stress yourself.that is how they behave.me too had experience with them during my sim swap.i paid #1700 only for them to give me #1500 recharge card and the swap was just #200 bucks.to activate your sim,send "activate to 444"
