Hi y'all. just wanted to bear my mind on this issue of age, widely used to sift applicants from employment opportunities. it is quite worrisome that most employers these days are putting age restirctions as low as 24-26 for job seekers. this has left a good number of people loosing viatl job openings, even though well qualified and suited for them, or most nigerians joining the bandwagon of age falsification. in no time, we might be having "our fathers" declaring they are teenagers because competition is on the rise and the trend is likely to get worse.
nigerian employers should try to creare an equal playing ground. let all compete for the "national team shirts"!
