I just realized that Zenith bank has it in its policy not to employ graduates that went to part time school even if the person made a second class upper. How do you see this.
I don't blame them. We have enough people who went for full time programmes and they are not being employed even with first class talkless of part time. Nigeria has a history of rating degrees above themselves even though they are in the same class so, ?
