WANEP Nigeria gave Macfonse GLobal Solutions a contract to design her website and ask Macfonse GLobal Solutions to renew the same website at an agreed price and also maintain and upgrade the website as agreed. But eventually, the National Coordinator who offered the contract to Macfonse Global Solutions left the office and Mr CHukwuemeka took over the office and the whole issue on webdesigning became personal.

He complained that there was no signed agreement and had equally refuse to sign any agreement with Macfonse Global Solutions by delaying the process every time the issue was brought up. However, Macfonse Global Solutions had continued to maintained, upgrade and renewed the website as set out initially. But WANEP in its own part had refused to fulfill its own gentlemen agreement with Macfonse GLobal Solutions.

In recent year WANEP asked for the HOSting space been alloted to be reduced and WANEP was warned that the reduction would also affect its bandwidth and a letter was conveyed to them on the same issue but the action was okeyed, this was done last year.

By this year renewal, WANEP was already overusing the space alloted to it and this is allowed on the server as along as the client cooperate and renew. But when a client refuses to renew such account and paid for the space use. the hosting space will be terminated. There is no server anywhere on net aside free server that will host any site that has refused to pay up bills.

This was exactly what happened to WANEP, they were aware. But to keep the replationship MAcfonse Global Solutions has with WANEP, The company decided to give WANEP a more affordable server since the complain had been that the web hosting was too expensive. But before shifting the server, WANEP was also informed to download all their emails through POP3 oUTLOOK EXPRESS OR microsoft outlook. and the National Coordinator of WANEP insisted that their mails could be discarded to save webspace for the website.


SO server was moved and the site is running well

With the issue of domain registration and hosting, clients do come to register domain name and hotings. Whenever we discovered spamming and fake sites or related activities, such site are not just being suspended but equally are being terminated on our server. We do appreciate anyone who recognised a fraudulent activities on our server to repport and such activivities will be checked and terminate the account if found such.

The reporter should have as well confirm issues with Macfonse Global Solutions before being negative about the whole scene.

We welcome more discussions on how to assist WANEP.

Its good Mr Macfonse has risen to put forward his defense. Hopefully, the aggrieved person can shed more light on this.

But I am wondering if there is really any need for this new thread. It might be a better idea to just continue the discussion on the thread where the issue was raised or else one might miss bits of information along the line. My thoughts.
