@samtek. Y cnt u install a sis file? Go 2 your Application Manager, click on Setings, make your software installation ON

@just2nice.I just want to say tank's.Well i tink xget is working on my 6600 4 now. the only tin am worry about is that at startup it gives me this.failed to locate miso module your ram will not be auto compressed.Soo what can be the problem and what do i don?Thank once again.

Aak,this is what I was telling you about.You haven't installed the Python Script Shell hence the error message.That is why I stuck to the MySymbian link because it has the Python Script Shell.When you install the Script Shell,the message will disappear.

What a nice thread! More strength to your elbow @just2nice. Well, i once saw an app in which if u install it on your phone, if anyone touches your phone or u self, it will start making sound. Just like cars does when its been touched. I believe it will be when the app is set as on that d sound will come up! Can anyone remind me of d name or give me d direct link or upload it. Thanks

I installed both the script shell on my N70 yet i still get the same thing he was saying,ram would not be compressed automatically,and whenever i open the application if i minimize it my network and battery signals disappears until i close the xget,what could be the problem

Ive been able to download video.But when i download software of about the same size.It keep telling me memory low delete some data.My phon is almost as good as emty.Could it be becous of the python?If i want to download it from your link whic one will work on my pone.0S8.1,0s8 or 0s7.Am using a 6600.And do u know how much mtn will charge me for the download?Tank's

@ just2nice i was able to dnload the python file i got a zip file but when i try to use the xplorer to extract it, it would open some script how do i go about installing it on my nokia 6680?

@ engrhamid the application you can dnload the application from tegus site i remember that is where i dnloaded it wen i was using my nokia 6230 cant remember the name of the app. i think i should even get it for this fone now if i can find it i would post the direct link here later

@ engrhamid it is not the same application but it is also nice application which helps you protect your phone from theft it send sms to any number you provide from the new sim in your phone when your sim is changed so you would know the number of the person with your phone it works at the background and it is automatically activated once the phone is switched on unless off-course u trun if off!
i would search of the other one as well cos that one when activated would make a loud sound when any of the phones button is pressed or if you find it first plz post it here i think i sitll need it and i cant get it from tegus

i also found this another and the company said: Guardian will automatically switch to invisible mode when a SIM card is entered that is not authorized which makes it impossible to access the application. It also comes with a hard reset protection that protects the application when the user performs a hard reset which basically means a return to the default phone settings. (works 90% of the time according to the developers) get it from http://www.symbian-toys.com/Download.aspx?file=guardian2.en.zipit only work with nokia phones |
