How To Format S60 Series Nokia Phones

I have tried formating my N70 phone and it's still facing the same problem of virus .I have even try flashing it and there after it developed another fault .and the fault is that if there is a sim in the phone it will not come up , but if there is no sim in the phone it will come up .pls help me i dont known what to do and i dont want to lose the phone .

According to some of the reply that i should try some other sim .i have done that befor even with about 8 difrent sim, it is not even comming up again.pls i need a solution .
