Genotyping Errors

Has anyone had problems with diagnostic labs in trying to find out ones genotype? I went to a lab on the island for the test and another on the mainland for the same test, but got different results. Either lab is claiming the other is wrong, which should I believe? How can i possibly tell which is mistaken? Going to just another lab, will leave me more confused. Can anyone suggest a very good lab?
