Nah gurl.they arent legal but u can purchase a license to use it plus talking bout it being illegal dats wat everybody uses.why d fcuk wud u waste your money on  buyin a song for $0.99 when you wud get d song free, i guess if i had to pay for every download i wud be spending ova $99 per day n dat sucks big time.
plus them itunes are also reducing the sales of them artist CDS so they partially illegal.
