On topic: Why are little girls' boobs bigger these days? Simple
1) Better food. Same reason why so many kids are overweight
2) Loose clothing standards. Kids are allowed to wear 'body enhancing' underwear that they werent allowed to own in the past. You probably know that the hallmark of the modern woman is dissapointment- her 'assets' NEVER EVER EVER look as good unclothed as they do when shes all dressed up and 'enhanced' by clothing that gives her body an unrealistic look. Same holds for the little kids. Most of those bras are holding either empty air or tissue paper
