Just completed this SMS portal for a Nigerian firm. Please criticize it and suggest improvements. You are free to register so you can see the inside pages (you get free SMS upon registration!)

How much do you think this job is worth?? Please let us know.

@dejisys, well some nice application you got there. Guess you know how to handle your asp.net framework pretty well  Grin,

as regards the look and feel, well its very okay since it serves it main purpose and color wise is cool too, form validation: well implemented.
in short words, you get a thumb up  Wink

as regards pricing, well i think N700,000 should do it.

and on a final note, since you intend to even use flash on the home page that means you can also try to add one or two graphics like people and flash images(what i mean is the homepage should look more interactive)

dejisys, I must say - your site looks VERY impressive. It has a clean, professional touch to it and usability is a-ok!

I agree it is worth timmy's suggestion of about N700,000 (or even more, possibly). However I think you should leave it the way it is - I mean, in my humble opinion, one of the main attractiveness to the site is its clean look - a refreshing look from the prepoderance of sites with over-exhaustive and heavy flash scripts.

My suggestion - try to keep the site as simple as it currently is. Leave the heavy flash to the film-makers.

Haven't posted anything for a while, but I guess dejisys 'work warranted one. Your work on the SMSLive247 portal is brilliant, if not short of perfect.

Sort of curious though, are you by any means Deji of Dijitanix?

@dejisys : Your site looks great

My Opinion:

Firstly, a small Flash can really beautify your site. Just try and add a Flash intro. Something like this: www.infotekps.com

Secondly, i think it would look better if your FAQs are on a different page. you can tehn incorporate a javascript. The script will open the answer and then close it as you progress to the next question. By this way your FAQ page won't look too long. You can even use that FAQ space on your homepage for a small flash.

Thirdly, i wonder if dating sites can benefit from SMS. Members can SMS other members within the site. , Just a thought

$6000 - $10,000. Very nice looking site, im sure the asp.net coding wasn't very easy. I just checked the naira conversion for $6000 and I'm surprised it is around 700,00 N like they said above. So yes, 700,000 N it is!

A website I had a hand in creating is www.nigeriaport.com
