The weekend was a bad one for Nigerian sports, after the Female U20 lost out, The Nigerian Baskeball team lost out by a point in the world Cup in Japan, Enyimba failed to take advantage of the home advantage to go on to top of their group, Nigerian Star striker was streched out injured on his debue for Newcatle United
