Also, you are to busy with trying to get me to see that not all white people are bad. You don't get it. I don't care about all white people, I care about all black people. White people are not suffering so why do you feel you have to protect them away from little ole me? Nice white people are not stopping slavery or colonialism and apartheid. They are actually reaping the benefits from those things, so do me a favor and miss me with the nice white people Gig. What you talk about is not slave mentality. Slaves already knew because they were black they were slaves, they were already in captivity.  What you are talking about is something else it looks to me. Maybe you should have told that to white people. Not to enslave African people because they were black and backwards. Not to colonize Africa because they were black and didn't know how to run their continent.

I do not believe that is anything close to a sufficient reason to shut down a school but I'll be interested in knowing more about that case. They just can't shut down a school because a bunch of residents don't like inner city kids cming to the area because that just stinks of racism. Where in the US. do you stay by the way?

I'm sorry but as common as it is for IGBOS to be light skinned it is also common for us to be dark as well. Now I know it might suit you to pretend that light skinned blacks have white blood in them and perhaps you like to live in dreams but I'm sorry but that is not the case here. We Igbos were born light and will remain to be light across the generations.
We are successful and I don't think we need some half breed mongrel (yes mongrel) telling us what we have known for centuries. Maybe if you tried to sort your own issues out your own people would be more successful. Always whining why light skin as you say is so prized then sit there pretending you have white blood because you are light,  well no.

We Igbos will not sit around and let some confused non igbo tell us who we are. In regards to Igbos lookinmg like black americans,  no that is not the case, it is you who look like us not the other way around.
That is one good thing about the Igbos. We will not tolerate glory hunters. What makes you think you can jump from defending Yorubas (60s) as your heritage then switching to Igbos because that is today what you think the white man likes? 
I hardly think a beast like Flava Flav can be representative of the Igbos. Unlike others we are known to be quite proud and I feel no shame for stating the truth.

As for the British well your pretences of us being favoured by them is off by a longshot. If that is so why were they cosy with the dark skinned Hausa? Why did they promote the Yoruba over the Igbos? The Igbos were considered  some of the most backward tribes in Africa because of their stance agiants the British and their refusal to give up their culture. It is a documented fact that some of the white slavers had kids with women on the coastal areas all over west africa
