The Jungle Called Nigeria

During the recently fuel scarcity, I went to a filling station to purchase petrol for my car only to be told by the lady fuel attendant that except I ‘settle’ her, she wouldn’t dispense more than a thousand naira worth of fuel for me.
Secondly, who made the law that fuel should not be dispensed in jerry cans? We all know how effective NEPA/PHCN have been. After all, I learnt the Independent Power Project (IPP) supposes that every individual is ‘independent’ as regard generation of electricity. That’s why we all own generators in our home and offices. Why can’t we buy fuel in our jerry cans?
What is the yard stick for appointment of government functionaries? Ex-governors, ministers etc who have not shown any commitment in their previous positions are called upon to take mantle of leadership.
GOD SAVE NIGERIA.
