My mum once said to me

There are soo many BESTS. Do u know that most advice we get from parents are always about the opposite sex? Just a thought! My mom (aunt) told me on my 13th birthday, She said "yetunde, Don't let any guy fool you. Always make sure you do what your heart tells you to do. This doesnt apply to boys only. In whatever situation you find yourself, listen to your heart". Boyyyy was she right?? I've always listened to what my mind/heart tells me... and 89% of the time, my heart is always right.  |

My dad said he is happy all his children are serving God and even if God calls him to a higher ground, he would not mind.

The last word my dad gave me when I was leaving for Philippines is that ' your colour is going to be a barrier, but you have to show them that you're 300% better than them'. I think thats the best advice given to me so far, because it has really helped me a lot in this lchnko land.  |

Dad: Sex is controllable, You can live without it.. But if you find yourself in a situation that you can control, Trojan is the best. (It may sound weird coming from a dad, But i tell you what.. i love that advice.. and i understand it more than anyone would, because no one understand my dad as well as i do).

i really don't know/remember . . the best ones are yet to come. for now, most (not all) are crap! my mom talks to me about God and being nicer to my siblings : "you're treating him like you don't know him" "did you pray before you went to bed?" my dad talks to me about following his friends' kids' examples: "be like so and so (someone who probably just graduated). don't be like so and so (someone who probably just got pregnant)" those count as advice i guess.  |

When i turned 18, my mom told me''If you want a man to respect you, get your degrees on the table. It's not how good you please him by sleeping with him, beacause at the end of the day, he'll find someone else that can do the same or even better than you do.But if he knows that you can take care of yourself, bring as much as he can to the table and he knows that even if he leaves you, you can still hold it down, he won't play with you.''

I've got lots advice from my parents that are all the best... especially from my Dad...
Dad: You shouldn't have friends... Your friends should always be your books...
Dad: Always hold truth with you, and you shall never go down...
Dad: Abstain from people's property if you want to maintain your dignity...
Mom: Read had to pass your exams once... Too much trials brings about complete failure...
Indeed I've got lots of them... I think my Dad advice me approximately everyday...
