How To Create Snapshots?

hi guys
nairaland is the best
i would like to give some info but
how do i get snapshots of the program eg the toolbar in photoshop
or the tools like you guys are doing
with nairaland you do not need a computer school!

I guess it is the same thing.

What to do is: click on print screen sysrq on your keyboard and paste it on any program of your choice. eg: imaging.
