Hello guys, I have some issues with my network. I noticed last week Wednesday that it locks out user accounts randomly even when no wrong password is entered. I used a tool Lockout status from Microsoft to narrow down where the lockouts were coming from, i noticed it was from the primary domain controller. I have received over a hundred calls to unlock accounts, this morning i just changed the lockout policy which used to be
Account lockout - 10 mins Account lockout threshold - 20 invalid logons Reset account lockout counter after - 10 mins to 1 min 20 invalid logons 1 min
I know it's not a secure thing to do, but this is just a stop gap pending when i get a solution. Is there anything i'm missing, help guys.
