I Need Help On This Interview Question?

Because the banking industry is the only one that employs: I have tried my hand in Engineerig jobs but them no grre give me. Man must work to chop. How I go do? Its the only choice I have.

Seriously though, you could say that the Banking industry is a dynamic one which offers graduates/ its staff the opportunity to try their hands at diverse jobs. There are varied departments, HR, Admin, Operations, Marketing, etc which also have sub-divisions under them, under which people from different fields can work. One is able to maximise their full potential in any department one finds his/herself because there is a driving force that makes one to want to give their best due to the aprraisal and other systems put in place by banks.
