tpia always resurrects at the wrong time to say the daftest things. Delta state is the most educated per capita in Nigeria and has always been.

Because of quota system, Delta state always has the highest JAMB cutoff marks to make way for the Boko Harams of the country (point at yourself) to get an education. Something they usually fail at.
Even with the high cutoff marks, they still have to give up spaces, because of limited allocations.

I am sure you've never heard of the quota system in education, because your state (alongside the North) is likely to be benefitting. Thats life anyway, you feed them free and they grow up stupid.

I am not suprised at the height of your ignorance, some people from majority groups think they are somehow better than minorities, or minorities are undeserving of anything they've genuinely worked for.
