Can Ibadan Become An Investment Friendly City?

In recent times the city of Ibadan and Oyo state in general has been recording poor turn outs of businesses in the area. Businesses are either packing up or relocating to other cities in the country.

The question now is that, will this situation be forever or we have to make changes to it?
