Oracle E- Business Suite Training

Helo house,
i read computer sc in sch with a bias for data mgt. i am Oracle certifed (associate) in database administration. i wish to specialise in business intelligence and reporting tools and/or ERP software like SAP, Oracle etc. I'm presently working on IDEAS software (Fin mgt) for intl oil and gas exploration. I need to know if there is someone or somewhere where i can get extensive hands on tuition on Oracle Financials 11i (e-business suite) in lagos. I also would like to know if there is any nigerian university offering Masters degree in Management Information Systems. tanx
