Does/can Godly Relationships Exist?

Not sure if this topic has been discussed before.

some Courtships and relationships which may not involve sex are seen to be characterised by petting and necking and most times a lot more touching and blah blah blah even by those who portray themselves as Godly. Certainly we all have different views on this. Linking me to similar threads would do a lot of Good. Just wanted to read views
