Guys all i know is that the ume exams matters more than thier post ume,for instance if you score 240 and you are going for medicine you can as well forget it, they are only looking for brainiaks to uplift the school name and not ordinary students,This is why today mal-practice is on the increase to pass thier high cut off marks,

with 256 in jamb for psychology,i think you have hope just make sure you get something in that range for your post-ume

248 for medicine, hmmm its going to be tough cos the cut off for medicine is always around 280 but this does not mean no hope at all
