If a female dresses irresponsibly, I tend to treat her like an irresponsible person too which is not right sometimes and I get to regret it but that was the message I got from their dressing.

Guys who wear their trousers to their knees get no respect from me and I don't regret that at all.

How does one dress irresponsibly?

It depends on the situation/ocassion but I'm busy now so I can't really elaborate.

Ok, but when you have time do explain, just want to have an idea of what you mean.

By the way, if you go to work with a skirt 10 inches above your knees and your shirt exposing your breasts to the bare minimum, I say that is irresponsible for that ocassion but it might not be for a club or party.

If you dress inappropriately, it automatically makes you irresponsible atleast IMO.
