Now with the statistics you provided, about how many vampires would be in existence today, does not mention vampire slayers. If the statistics would include the works of vampire slayers, the statistics of growing vampires would significantly go down.

@KagWell, apart from the trading and things of that nature, you are right, but that's what anthropologists and people that want to experience other parts of the world do I didn't know that a part of experiencing other parts of the world meant that one was supposed to also discredit what they have learned about people and what other people say about how they acquire their knowledge.
