Ok Vexxy.

I read that an American just had her 20th kid and still wanting to have more.

Wow I bow for her.

I wish all who need the same.

I once had neighbors who had 21 children.  20 boys and 1 girl.  They stopped after the girl.

wow, 20 boys? Lots of dowries to pay, 20 times over only to receive one compensation Grin.

Seriously speaking, this is what we should be addressing here; Most family wants males and if the males don't come early, this is a family vulnerable to many kids from same woman or additional wives. I once had an uncle who married a second wife after 5 girls from the 1st wive only to end up with additional 5 girls with the second wife. He died midway, otherwise I'm sure he wont have stopped until he got a boy.

I think the question is, after how many do you stop looking for a boy or a girl?

i think that  u can have as many as u want as long as u can provide for them all not just feed them but d whole package: give them ur attention, lov them, give them good education, remember all their names and so on. i think it's wrong to have two kids if u only got d resources to provide 4 yourself, wife and one other person.

enough is as much as is bearable. so long as one can bear to raise more they may continue.

Of course one should always remember that there are many children without parents in the world, so perhaps before people start multiplying like rabbits they might want to consider adoption too. Wink

@Bibi, it wouldn't happen, God will not want me to have three girl. girl have too much problem. you have to do their hair, update their clothers, get to deal with boys that try to push up on them., e.t.c I don't want to deal with all that, that why I need just one girl. or God can just give me three boys I will like that. Human beings has quadrpuled in the recent century from what it used to be in the past..we have increased both in geographic and arithmetic projection. We need to be cut down.............one or two is ok unless we r lucky to discover another habitable planet ...

It is a precondition to my getting married, my wife have to have 4 or 5 babies. I don't like a home being empty or dry, kids must flow and play in the house.

Its  a free world, so you can always make your personal choice. What we are discussing is a sensitive issue in this part of the world. Our culture does not allow us to have 1 or 2. But due to education and enlightment, thing have change. Some of us still want to keep the tradition going with lot of kids.

Let me start by sayin it is a nice thing to have lovely kids maybe 10,100.....so far u have d cash to spend on them in every aspect of their lives.God said we should multiply n replenish,so one can have as many kids as one wishes to have.
But as for me,i've been sayin it right frm my childhood dt i wont have more than 3 or 4 probably 2 girls n a boy(i wont have to pay too much dowry,u knw LOL) or 2boys to girls
(50-50, no cheating) .So help me God.
