yes it is possible to combine neco and waec respectively. i know unijos accept both. I will like jamb/universities or whoever is concern about the use results to make known to the public that the use of neco/waec is possible cos so many youths have d qualification of both but are still wollowing in writting and rewritting of o levels instead of moving forward.
both waec and neco should come out and address the issue.

presently ,it can be combine ,but for now i can't tell .because on eof my bros now in UI-IBADAN,enters through that process he is now almost a graduate.just need current counselling on it and meet people that know about it

I feel before you can think of combining both waec & neco results together you should try & find out wat your school accepts before making such moves,
BUT,, YES you can
