Webmaster Needed For Long Term Project

Hi i am looking for a webmaster to partner with me on a long term commercial web project get in touch for more details.

i have a fairly good offer on board.
the webmaster required will be proficient in content and database management.as well as mulitimedia optimization.
the project has started tho, we just need to partner with a firm or entity to expand into nigeria.
