Can anybody please help me with a website where i can do MTN online sim replacement without
going to MTN office and without calling the ever busy MTN customer service?
I know i can always count on my fellow nairalanders.

go to www.mtnonline.com and scroll to the products and services and from there u will see contact the customer care and click it and u will see fill the forms on either sim swap and complaints form. but 50% efficient and why cant u call them in the midnight or early in the morning i know that they will answer u |

mtn online welcome back or sim swap is down for a while now.unlike b4.two days back i filled the form when i click on confirm,it displayed errors.i tried it over and over again,but to no avail.i call their cc around past 1am,just stories.the only option is for u to go to their office.i just like zain welcome back online.very very simple,and straight forward

@D.C The last time i tried it, the change option is only on "stolen" you can't change it.but now is working.mtn got the site fixed.thank for the info.i guess i will do the welcome back again for my brother.

Honsule, i got that error too. but look at the page where the error is generated. "welcomeback_successful.asp". tht page can only be called when your stuff is successful. so wen i saw the error i didnt bother and just waited for 2 days and then check the new sim, and yea the welcome back had been done. as per the "autentication unsuccessful", tht's left for the developer to worry about, for all i care i didnt supply anything for authentication. |
