Joining The SSS

Good Day

     Please the name is Njoku Ansgar, aged 23yrs and currently an undergraduate in one of the universities in the eastern part of nigeria.
      I like to join the sss and i have no clue as to whom to meet and how to go about it. I'll appreciate it a greatdeal if someone could help me with information as to how to join.
