Ns2 Guru? your Help Is Urgetnly Needed On How To Install Noah.tcl

Hi, i need to do this so that i will be able to make a no ad hoc simulation of the topic " bandwidth optimistation model for a wireless network".   this will make my nodes to pass through the base station and thus eliminate the ad hoc routing protocol.  i m using red hat 9.0 and ns2.28.  I have amended the ns-lib.tcl but nothing seems to be (in actual fact it isnt) happening.  Thanks
