Yes, masturbate is okay because it prevents you from getting any diseases that are out there since you don't have a clue who you are sleeping with and secondly it saves you the headache of having to worry nine months later when your significant other is ready to deliver the baby that wasn't planned for.
Mostly I believe women have more orges than men and therefore after sex they prefer to masturbate compare to a male who after masturbating prefer to sleep because of the energy used up after sex and therefore they sleep so they can refill the energy. I do regularly. In the past, I used to have guilt feelings but but have got over that because in-dept research revealed that
1) The Bible does not condemn male or female masturbation.
2) Women masturbate more than men and in a very wide variety of ways - most of them very discreet. I have friends who masturbate frequently in public by squeezing their thighs together, humping and things like that. Because they can orgasm several times at a stretch women usually masturbate for longer periods than men.
3) Mutual masturbation is far more common in women than men.
4) Men are far more likely to admit masturbating than women.

yes,i masturbate,and prety often as well.i have masturbated regularly for several years now,and ther was and still is some guilt when i do it,but its really much less than when i have real sex.its also much less risky.for me personally,it helps to keep me in check.i am almost always in need of some sexual "attention",and but for jacking off,i'm sure i would have been quite promiscuous,because when i feel horny like that,i have a good time with myself and move on, it helps really.
