Please, kindly advice me how i can keep a good Accounting Records and Stock/Inventory Keepings in my Company. Is there any software that can also assist? please do let me know more.

For accounting records, try Kashflow. I discovered them at a business convention a couple of years ago and then they were offering their sofware on a free trial though I don't know if it's still on. They are designed for small business owners with no accounting knowledge, and can be used to manage your accounts, invoices and stock. I think you should give them a try : www.kashflow.co.uk
