i am not a martial artist but back in the dayz i knew a few tricks since must of my friends are heavily involved in it, (u guys know Joey and T-Jazz in the Style-Plus crew? yea, Joey has always been a bad ass when we practice, Austin is also deadly). I have had cause to use it a few times to defend myself and at least twice it ended up badly for the victims, one almost deadly. unlike wat is seen on tv, my experience is that the fights hardly last 5mins, it takes one or two strikes at a vital point to end it quick. all in all, i will always love martial arts. Enough of my ranting, its Mortal Kombart time: let the 5 spirits(Eagle, Tiger, Monkey, Snake and Prey-Mantis----i think) be released.  |

I tried akido and karate, but had to stop cos I move frm PHC to Lagos. Is there anyone who knows a good place where I can continue with akido budo?? and pls when I mean a good place, I mean a place where they actually teach akido and not how to break bones!!
P.S. Is there any place for mixed martial arts or jujitsu
