can someone tell me how to go past page 2 of the online application for the amstel malta box office. i have been trying this for the past 2 days and the form cannot get past page 2

hv been trying to fill the amstel maltabox form but still on step 2 since last week, Can someone help me out on how to overcome this problem now.
If l can get e-mail contacts to attach the forms l downloaded when l couldnt fill successfully online. l 'll appreciate it please.

Well i there really is no problem when filling the form because i filled it and at the end it told me it was successful. the only thing i couldnt do was upload my photograph.  y don't u all just download the apllication form and submit it to the dsignated place???  |

I downloaded the form, printed it, filled it and submitted it at the designated centre. You should try it that way but entry closes today, 30th september.

But I am seeing all the forms here, from 1-11. I have already submitted mine sha.Pray I make it to the selection process.It is about time a nairalander went to the top.
