Hi,
the  best anti-virus you can trust for now in the market is AVG 8.0 or 8.5.
though getting the correct one is like paying through your nostril. But i can guarantee that you can get original one from me @ N2,500 with 5 years automatic update on the net, not free version.
To get started, call or text John what ever software you want on 08034011796, 07086489477, and enjoy Genuine software or application.

I don't think so. Personally,i believe more in Kerspersky. I sell them
myself and the response has been very outrageous.
I can give any one who's interested a GENUINE INTERNET
SECURITY 2009(3USER) for 7K.You can even resell them for the
normal price if you want to.

many of these anti viruses are okay.just make sure you get the product
key and, more importantly, you update it online at least once every week.
I have been using mcafe for more than 6 months without any problem
at all.

please dont use AVAST for any reason.it will embed itself in your system files and
it is almost impossible to uninstall. If you try to uninstall it too hard it will crash
your system.Besides,it is as blind as anything.

Hello guys. A little 411 on anti-virus software you might need. Stay away from crack versions, keygenerators, hack, etc. These so called free cracked versions that claim to work for life are nothing but malware and spyware begging to be installed on your system( trust me, words of experience)
The actual spyware or malware is activated when you run the crack or key gen.( A spyware is a program that secretely sends info about you, your computer and computer related activities to an anonymous server or the author of the spyware. this info. could be used for id theft, monitoring, etc)

The hotfix? Download a trusted trial version from the manufacturers site. You are guaranteed of genuine updates and complete protection. I use etrust nod 32 ver 4.0314.0 and it's great. hope this helps.

Avast has only succeeded in deleting some system files from some important applications in my PC including an o/s kernel file!!!
My pc is on the verge of crashing. Avast is a misnomer for antivirus scan.

About the stuff with misnomer scan, i had a firsthand experience. One day last year, avast shouted alarm, only for me to find out it was pointing at a software i was just developing. . .i was very shaken because for a virus to get to a software i was just building means it must have walked through all my files and partitions, so i reluctantly deleted the executable, and recompiled it again from vb.net compiler. . .and of course avast started screaming again, i just ignored it and continued my own stuff, later the next update sorted that out, but these days, avast complains about lots of stuffs. . .i dont even know which one to believe again, as i am even typin this right now, avast just delete my svchost.exe from windows folder, immagine!!

Most antiviruses are not worth the name they claim. Norton 360, norton internet security
for instance are just toothless bull dogs. What is the use of finding a virus that you cannot
take care of?

I still prefer mcafee anyday.

IMHO Avira Antivir is one of the best (if not the best  Wink) out there.  what's more, it's free!
not only does it detect virus, it detects trojans, malware, adware, and has a built-in rootkit scanner.  did i say it's free!?

why spend your hard-earned money on most of these bloated name brand apps that are sometimes inferior in performance to
some of the free ones.  as for avast, i've long passed on it (about 5 years now) for the same specific reason dhtml gave
and more i won't go into.  Peace!

I use  Symantec Endpoint Protection and AVG (original license Smiley )and these 2 guys have my systems on lock down.

Reducing visits to funny sites and disabling any form of autorun also helped, this is in addition to regular prayer and fasting  Grin

The best Anti Virus to use Eset Nod 32. Avast is good but after some time it becomes a virus itself.and all it does is make unneccesary noice. I recommend Avast. But you should know that there is no antivirus that is the best because no matter how good it is it will get weaker.
