What if you were dating someone (or are engaged or even married ) and they suffer from occasional bouts of bad breath You want to tell them but at the same time, you don't want to hurt their feelings, how do you go about letting them know

Discuss it and together you'l find a lasting solution. Mints will only mark the menus. Mouth wash and other chemicals are good but let the patient try using the local chewing at night before going to bed. Fruits,Vegetables and lots of water could help.

The Mouth odour thing comes from both the mouth and the tummy sometimes, u want the breath to improve will sometimes mean asking someone to stop eating foods that otherwise are okay by him. Garlic for instance, some people have breaths stinking of it, u don't want to ask them not to eat it either. Bottomline: Find out what the problem is and where its roots are and then try to bring it to light in a subtle manner. Speak with a qualified doctor on ways out and practice them, best of luck
