All the codes is tested ok u can test it on your phone it can't cause any damage to your phone.

simply put, *33*0000# to bar and #330*0000# to unbar

My phone SAGEM myX5-2v had blacklist but it can only restrict outgoing calls if dat number was dialled many times without successfully getting through
