Nnekie I feel you 200%. I love Nas cause he can rhyme and when he is socially conscious and all, but at the end of the day, the only person I have seen give back locally and internationally is JAY. I have to give him that, not a lot of rappers have done this, actually can't think of any. This Water project with the UN is tight, i give him mad props for it, sometimes it goes beyond handing out cheques, but building/developing resources Africa needs!
Aint seen Nas doing any of that, but on the ChannelO website, he says he wants to tag along with Jay on his Water for Life tour, good for him. But they have been in the game for a similar length of time, you'D have thought Nas would have achieved more by now!

It's like you guys are forgetting one thing. Jay-z didn't do all this by himself. When he was alone, nobody gave a **** about him. Then when Dame and Biggs came along with their money and investment, all this started happening. Now, how does Jay give back to them, he cuts them loose.
Yes you can say he gave to this and that, and that's good, i'm proud of him for that. However for you to say he's the only one that does something like that is very naive. If i was giving back like that, i'D rather not have it publicized. Alot of people give a whole lot more than he does, but you'll never hear it. Now when he gives, everybody and their momma will hear about it.
Look, if Dame and Biggs had Nas instead, trust me, alot of things would be different now.

I don't like Cam'ron, but I thought he exposed Jay-z for what he really is. Part of the reason how he was able to do so is because Dame had his back, so obviously he must be telling Cam something that we don't know. I guess that's why Jay really don't go back at him, but doing subliminals. I think if they battled toe for toe, it'll probably be a close fight, but I think Jay would edge out Cam at the end.

And you're right, Cam is a joke. However I think there's going to be a new beef between Dipset and G-Unit which i wouldnt be shocked. Actually this is something i knew would happen along time ago. During the weekend at some show back stage, there was alittle altercation with Jim Jones and Tony Yayo, so its coming. Plus Mase is rolling with G-unit and you know there feelings about Mase.
