Looking For A Good Web Designer That Can Design A Forum!

Hi friends.

Pls I am looking for a good web designer that can design for me a new website that I am working- an online forum.

Basically I want a good design with one major colour background. The forum will have atleast 10 threads.

The designer should also be able to paste the Google Adsense HTML script into this site so these ads will appear on the site and also the Google search tool.

Also the designer should be able to FTP the site into the hosting server before I pay him.

Please I must see the design once it is completed and I must be satisfied with it. Once that is done and the site is uploaded, I would pay you straight away, no stories!
