Oau Admission For 2009/2010 Session

Longest time. well, i am here to fulfill my promise as regards the dissemination of information and assistance if necessary. I want to thank the Almighty God for the opportunity giving to me cos this year will make it the third year in which i have embarked on this. Students and some intending students of this great university will testify to the rate at which information is being disseminated has one of the best of its kind.

Firstly, I want to congratulate all students who had more than 200 in their last concluded exam (UME) and all intending students that, you should not at any point in time pay any amount to any lecturer or student as regards this coming admission. The rate at which fraud is increasing in this community of ours is not easy (OAU). My advise is that, don't be too desperate to get into the wrong hand. For social sciences and Admin student, You will not be taking ACCOUNT as a subject in any of your combination. Beware.

Secondly, Students had been calling as regards the cut-off mark for the post-ume and departmental cut-offs. I want to let you know that presently, The cut-off still remains 200 for post-ume which means if you have more than 200, you are eligible. The departmental cut-offs are yet to be released but that of the year 2008/2009 for some departments goes thus to reduce your pressures.

Thirdly, APEX TUTORIAL, the best of its kind on OAU campus as a community is organising  a 1 month tutorial towards the upcoming POST-UME. The date will be scheduled as soon as the post-ume date is being revealed. Its going to be a crash programme that will expose you to PAST QUESTIONS, The step you should take as regards the examination and some vital things which will enhance easy success in the forthcoming examination. Dont be deceived, JAMB is just a step. while POST UME is another factor you need to consider cos you need more than 200 to proceed. We also provide accommodations for those who seems to be stranded during the coaching and examination at a very moderate fee. ma pple 4 confirmed info abt great ife abeg make una listen to muye abeg, i benefited immensely from him during the 2008/2009 session. and for that guy askin after geology, ma advice is u have to be good to survive here, i mean can u write an exam 4 six hrs, 3 hrsfor practical and essay each. look b4 u leap ooo.

At first, i will want to congratulate jambites who got their mark increased as a result of the increment. Well, i am here to talk about a sensitive issue which as to do with people falling victims already even before the arrival of post-ume. it is so sad hearing from people that they have engaged themselves in illegal acts which is paying huge amount of money to just anybody. I purposely came online this early so as to tackle this fraudulent act but too bad because people have started misbehaving. I want to tell you that all you need now is someone experienced and one who is ready to give out guidelines for free. I'm using this opportunity to tell all nairalander's and intending oau students that they should desist from this act. Even if you are to pay anybody, it should be in form of a compensation i.e. if you have been offered the admission, you can choose to give out anything you want to give. I also want to inform everybody that presently we are on break and promise that that i will come around for the posting of the post ume date and the pre-degree date as soon as the information comes out. All you should do for now is to keep on preparing for the post-ume. if need be, try and get the past post-ume questions to give you an idea on what the stuff is made of. As for anybody who knows one lecturer or the other, start connecting yourself with them now so that you can get them informed. You can choose to contact me if need be on anything vital you need to know. I wish you the very best in all you do.

hi Oxygen please what do u mean by saying, that the social sciences and admin will not be allowed to write government as one of the subject combination as regard last year we wrote govt.
well if it is the new policy what about those that wrote govt in JAMB

Well, i think i need to remind you that the cut-ofs pasted on this page was for the last concluded admission for the session 2008/2009. I only pasted this for incoming students to have an idea on what it looks like for the last admission.
I will want all intending students to take time in reading this post cos they are very vital for this coming admission. In recent years, the issue had been, if u do not make up to the cut-of for your 1st choice, u might be considered for your second i.e. if u chose OAU for your 1st and 2nd choice. But i can assure you that the admission status has really changed. For instance, if you chose MEDICINE as your 1st choice and chose MICROBIOLGY for your 2nd choice and probably your cut-of was lower to the cut-of of your 1st choice, you have to take a concrete step if you want to be considered for your second choice.

Firstly, I will have to orientate you on what we call REQUESTING FOR ADMISSION: If u chose medicine as your 1st choice and microbiology has your 2nd as stated above, and u probably want to get microbiology has your choice just because of your low score, u will have to request for the admission in that faculty. I mean, dont ever believe that since u chose MEDICINE and MICROBIOLOGY that if u were nt considered for medicine, u will automatically be given MICROBIOLOGY.

Secondly, If u scored below the cut-of, Maybe u chose Economics and the cut-of is 271 and probably u scored 246, You can still be admitted based on the step u take. Admission in OAU is one of the easiest if only u know the right step to take at the right time. I will practically assist some people the way i did during the last admission when time surely comes.

Thirdly, if u chose OAU as your second choice, u can still come for the post-ume if only u have the right source as your back-up. You must first have GOD on your side and the other human which is necessary. i have a living witness if u care to know who chose LASU as his first choice and OAU as his 2nd choice and was later admitted during the 2006/2007 admission because he knows the right source. I also have a lady in the last admission which was considered for her 2nd course of study just because he believed and has the right source.

Finally, i will want to advise u that INFORMATION is really important. Once u are not informed, u will surely be deformed. This is a place u can get the very best about OAU for free.  I will want you to keep in touch with this particular page to get the very best you'll need for your admission. Pls, dont relax for once cos OAU is great place to be and will want to advise you to strive to the end. Dont be intimidated. You are also a great person.
