Can Any1 Kindly Help On W810i?

Gud day people, am new to this wap but read most new conversation on phones, no one seems to post any issue on W810i. I got this phone some weeks back i had never use it to browes before due acquessation of 65% share celtel bought from Vmobile. One night i changed my sim and make some cheap calls courtesy mtn after few calls i insert my celtel sim back and tried to on the phone but couldn't on i tried everything i could still no success, i then took phone to the store i bought it from and they actually flash the phone, it on but the OS didn't boot up. Anytime i on the phone it shows "please wait, " on the screen i'll waited for hours and nothing will happen, the engineer that flash the phone later told me that there was a particular code he suppose to put doing the flashing but the code is not out yet.


Please can anyone help on this?
