Real-time Lottery System Using Mobile Phones (Business Idea)

Ready to Take Nigeria Over: I have this hot idea about cashing in heavily from the telecommunication sector,a hot idea that can change anybody's life if you can think at the speed of light?

I want to set up a real time lottery system.  If you know how we can get funds, and put minds together, come over and let us form our collision to takeover.
