Pls house! What can i do to do away with my Mouth Odour problem 4life, dis has so much caused me severe embarassment by folks. Each time i try to talk, they always cover their nose from my mouth smells. Pls come to my aid, am fed up of this.

Well you can go see a dentist to find out if you have an infection in your mouth like a rotten tooth or something else
Also you could floss to remove old food from in between your teeth and use mouth wash like once every 4 hours to refresh your breath. You also might have to change your diet like eating less garlic and onions or something that has strong odors.
If you are going to be out and about carry some minty chewing gum or mints that would certainly help

You could use a herbal toothpast. Try DABUR toothpaste (this is not an advert o ) and try pasting twice daily. I had a friend who had a similar problem and his has been reduced drastically.

Thank to all of you who are contribute to my solutions , am grateful indeed, how ever, the mouth smell still persist, i went to see som dentist yesteday in hospital and he ask me to bring him 9, 000 naira to do mouth wash and he say that its a bit painful. What is female orifice-Water , (OMI-OBO), somone recomend it but am from Camaroon pls, do they sell it? Or did you mean woman toto ?
I buy close up and smash teeth paste, will this works out??

Where will i get DABUR tooth paste? And dentist also say i should not eat many of chewing gums an mints that it will affect my tooth gum, is this true?
