There are many ways of handling this situation but as for me I will prefer letting the school authority to be aware about the situation but if necessary action is not taking , Then that bully is in for a hard time because he or she will regret ever coming near my kid  for life.

Hi,
I am very much worried about my child's internet activities, Please help me,

what exactly worries you about it? is it the time he/she spends online or what he/she does online e.g his/her internet activities? is he/she a young teen or a teenager?
