World's Biggest Thief Nigerian - Ribadu

The boss of EFCC, Nuhu Ribadu was in the Senate yesterday where he made a lot of revelations (some known, some new) but he was prevented by the President of the Senate from mentioning the name of the world's biggest thief who he claims is a nigeria.

Does anyone know who this Nigerian is?
