I can give some of the benefits in summary based on my experience.
You get to meet people online, discuss so many issues ranging from politics, business, entertainment, sports, religion to romance. You also get to learn from other people's wealth of experience since nobody knows it all. It is an avenue for sharing your problems and getting real life solutions on such issues like your business, education, career, phones, computers, and even relationships!

I think its a good forum to join because its really difficult to meet all these people in real life and chat with them physically to learn this much from them.

Lastly, you get updates on global affairs, some humour and sometimes people get on your nerves!! Roll Eyes

Welcome to life.

Hello Jeeday,

Welcome to Nairaland!  We look forward to your contributions on the forum.

One thing I like about Nairaland is that I get to discuss serious (and sometimes not-so-serious) issues with people who are not too different from me.  I get to learn from them, laugh with them, share my life with them, etc.

I get to keep a journal in which I can rant as much as I want, and people can read about what's going on in my life without having to go to a separate website. Wink

Jeeday,

I'D have to vouch for the things both Delarontus and Seun have mentioned.  This is an excellent site in which to interact with individuals from all walks of life throught the world.  There are so many different topics to from which to choose.  It makes for interesting reading, lively conversation, and a great way to meet others that you would not have other wise met.

I hope you find this site as interesting and as fulfilling as the rest of us.

Welcome.
